Restoring photos? Please keep them separate.When you send your prints, put the photos you want restored in their own envelope marked “Restore”, apart from the photos you only want scanned. This makes sure each photo gets the right service.

What sizes of print can you scan?
Anything from wallet size up to 8×10" (20×25 cm) is a standard scan. Larger prints and photos stuck in albums can be quoted separately.
What if I send more photos than my package covers?
We'll scan them at the custom rate of $0.85 each and confirm with you before charging — or return them unscanned if you prefer.
How do I send my photos?
Once your package is confirmed we'll email packing instructions. Post them with tracking or drop them off at the studio by appointment. Photos for restoration go in a separate envelope marked “Restore”.
Are my originals safe?
Prints never leave the studio, are handled with cotton gloves and are stored in a locked, climate-stable cabinet until they're returned.

We email packing instructions. Post with tracking or drop off by appointment — restorations in their own “Restore” envelope.

We scan & restore
Each print is cleaned, scanned and colour-corrected, and selected photos are restored with SeraRestore.

Download & receive
Get a private download link, plus your originals (and USB, if ordered) returned safely.
Full-resolution files. Colour-corrected. Numbered in the order you sent them. Restored versions saved right alongside the original scan. Ready to share, print and keep.

Put photos in envelopes and label each one — we'll keep your files in the same groups.
Separate restorations
Photos for SeraRestore go in their own envelope marked “Restore”.
